Coaches
For every budding
superstar there are hundreds of kids of average ability who
participate in organized sports for fun. And whether you're
a professional coach or a parent volunteering spare time to
coach your child's team, you want the kids on that team to
be competitive and make the most of their experience. So
where's the challenge? The main one, especially with kids
just starting out in a particular sport, is that you deal
with a wide range of experience and athletic ability. Not
every kid is a natural batter, kicker or shooter. Yet with
the proper training in basic physical skills, just about any
kid can improve their sport-specific skills because they can
"move" better.
Parents
Few things are more
satisfying than seeing our kids become confident and
successful. And one of the best ways to nurture that
confidence is through physical activity - be it on the
playground, in your backyard, at school or in organized
sports. So where's the challenge? The challenge is that many
formal exercise programs for kids are sports-specific. Kids
can learn how to hit a baseball, shoot a basketball - you
name it. And that's usually all they're learning. The
results for most kids? A baseball player who hits well but
moves poorly, a basketball player with a good jump shot but
poor balance, and so on.
KIDS
-
Ever wished you could
run faster, jump higher, climb better, move quicker?
-
Ever wanted to hit a
baseball, dunk a basketball, kick a soccer ball or catch a
football just like the pros?
-
Ever wished you could
just get through PE class and actually enjoy it?
-
Ever wished you could be
the first one picked for a team instead of the last?
You can - and it's no big
secret. See, there's a reason why elite athletes can do the
amazing things they do: body control. Before they could
shoot, hit, dunk or make any of the other great plays you
see on TV, they learned balance, quickness and the ability
to move and jump. They focused on the basics. And they spent
way more time running around outside than sitting around
inside.
Train Like the Pros
is an exercise program with a difference - kids actually
like it! And it really works. Instead of working on
sport-specific skills - like hitting a baseball - we focus
on basics:
-
Quickness
-
Balance
-
Strength

Movement patterns
It's fun, it's dynamic,
and you can do it with your friends. You'll do better in PE
class and in whatever sports you play. And you'll look
better, feel better and have lots more energy. |
